I specialize in Subtle Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
We all face daily challenges, stresses, sadness, joy and pain. Life is sped up, and lately our culture has grown to be excessively divisive. All of the varied yogic practices - for the body, breath, mind and spirit - as well as wisdom from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine - can be profoundly helpful to us in today's complex world. My skill is in weaving together these modalities in simple practices that are re-vitalizing, that promote strong immunity and resilience.
